Learning Coach

WA3-9 to WA4-16

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and proactive Teaching Assistant to support high‑quality learning across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will help create a calm, purposeful learning environment, build positive relationships with students and play a key role in helping them achieve their best across a broad and ambitious curriculum. We are looking for someone who is conscientious, enjoys working with young people and has the confidence to support learning in a range of subjects. You will take pride in helping students succeed — whether by reinforcing key concepts, supporting literacy and numeracy, scaffolding tasks, or helping pupils develop independence, resilience and confidence in the classroom.
