Background:

I became a Parent Governor in February 2018 and am now a Co-opted Governor. I am Chair of the Governing Board, a member of the admissions sub-committee and support Pupil Premium, Data and English monitoring in my governor role. Previously, I was Chair of Governors at Badshot Lea infant school. I have 2 sons who attended Farnham Heath End School and are now at college & university.

What I bring to the Governing Body:

I work at the Ombudsman service for Higher Education as a senior leader. Previously, I worked at the AQA exam board for over 20 years, in operational and organisational development roles.  I bring to this role a wealth of experience in process improvement, people management, data analysis, project and change management.

Other Interests:

Outside of work I enjoy baking, reading, crafts and attending live sport, music events and musical theatre.
